鉄鋼技術国ウクラドと魔術保有国ボルシェープの戦争が日々激しさを増す中、ウクラド国軍専攻部隊ザヴォディーラ第9チームに所属する兵士リカルドは仲間と共に敵国の軍事施設の破壊任務に向かっていた。しかし、その道中すでに開発の進んでいた大量破壊魔術【石の裁き】によりリカルドは意識を失う。戦地である森の中で目覚めた後に彼が見たのは、岩に変わり果てた怪物のような右腕と液体のような髪をした少女の姿だった。

While the war between Ukrad, a country of steel technology, and Volsheb, a country that possesses magic, rages on day by day, Ricardo, a soldier belonging to Zavodila Team 9, a special unit of the Ukrad army, is on a mission to destroy military facilities of the enemy country with his comrades. 

However, along the way, Ricardo loses consciousness due to the magic of mass destruction [Stone Judgment], which had already been developed.

After waking up in a war-torn forest, he saw his right arm, which looked like a monster turned into a rock, and a girl with liquid hair watching over him by his side.
